Our client from the automotive industry is looking for a Test Factory Specialist

Your role:

• Supports agile product teams with all major aspects of Test- and QA-tasks, namely:
• Mandatory:
• Analyzing the projects and QA/Test requirements
• Manual TCs creation based on requirements
• Automation of Manual TCs using Tricentis Tosca  
• Derivation of appropriate test strategies and scenarios
• Execution of hands-on testing starting with functional E2E Tests up to final acceptance tests
• Support IT management while building up a “Test Factory” for Schaeffler IT  
• Help with the maintenance of the testing tools and environments
• Provide carefully documented testing results and communicate, address and track these result
• 
  Beneficial:
• Continuous automation of test cases and ideally creation of regression test catalogues
• Definition and provisioning of guidelines etc. to increase the QA-awareness and maturity in different product teams
• Supporting and training other team members in terms of Test- and Quality Assurance
• Initial setup and continuous evolution of test environments (test data, test catalogues etc.)

Requirements:

• 3+ Experience in manual software Quality Assurance 
• Experienced with test processes, test management, test planning especially in agile team setups
• 1+ years’ experience in developing functional test automation tools using Tricentis TOSCA or any other automation tool would be a plus
• Knowledge of SAP Solution Manager (SolMan)
• General understanding in the areas of SAP S/4HANA or/and R/3
• Experienced in structured hands-on testing
• Knowledge of JIRA
• GIT and JENKINS knowledge would be a plus
• At ease interacting with people within and outside the product team(s)
• Good oral and written communication skills in English are required
• Good oral and written communication skills in German would be a plus
• University degree (Applied) Computer Science, (Applied) Informatics or similar
• Experience with tools: Worksoft Certify, Path UI would be an advantage
• Relevant iSTQB certifications highly welcome
