Your role:

• Responsibility for complex projects in supply chain management
• Involvement in analysis, evaluation and optimization of processes and organization structures along the value chain, e.g. in supply chain assessment, business process design workshops or reorganization of value chain transformation
• Collaboration in marketing and sales such as the preparation of offers, market analysis and specialist articles, as well as participation in fairs
• Assuming (partial) project management duties with the prospect of further responsibility
• Working in an international team with the opportunity to bring in your own (entrepreneurial) ideas

Requirements:

• You have an excellent degree (Master, PhD, MBA); preferably in the fields of business administration, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering with focus on supply chain management
• Years of experience in complex consultancy and implementation projects along the value chain
• Experience in consultancy and implementing concepts in at least one out of supply chain strategy, supply chain performance management, supply chain organization, supply chain segmentation and/or comparable areas 
• Ideally, industry and project experience in the process and/or consumer goods industry 
• Passion for developing innovative solutions in small, interdisciplinary teams
• High level of client orientation and analytical skills
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills in English, knowledge of German is an advantage
