Your role:
- Supports creation of project plan, aligns project plan with functional teams and ensures adherence to the plan – activities and deliverables
- Tracks costs, reports on financial information, monitors budget compliance and highlights financial risks
- Coordinates and presents to project on cross-functional activity status and manages dependencies with other projects with integration team.
- Organizes team events & project workshops
- Coordinates resource on/offboarding, availability of office location & accommodation, and working location (travel calendar)
- Identifies project risks & mitigation actions and keeps risk & issue register up to date
- Prepares for tollgate reviews at the end of each project phase to ensure that they are passed
- Augments other team capacity when required by project management (e.g. testing management activities)
- Develops standards and processes where necessary and encourages the team to use them
- Supports meeting scheduling, facilitation and minute taking
- Resource absences and daily status follow-up and verification with invoicing

- Good Microsoft Office skills (including MS project & Sharepoint)
- Fluent English (other languages preferred)
