We are looking for a IT Infrastructure Service Manager to join the infrastructure team in one of the EU agencies located in Strasbourg, France.

Your role:

• Develop reports on (infrastructure) service statistics (aggregated from contracts, service management tool etc)
• Build and run a service cost model for internal accounting of application hosting services.
• Hold service review meetings with costumer (of the hosting services).
• Supervise contractual provision of services to customers. 

Requirements:

• Several years of experience in a similar role.
• Very good knowledge of English.
