Data Lead (HR domain) – Remote

This position works closely with counterparts in P&O. Ensures that data cleansing is taking place and migration tools are set up according to regional needs, reports to PMO Lead (IT).

Your role:

  • Accountable for data migration, cleansing, validation and reconciliation planning and execution
  • Responsible for applying program methodology and managing risks / issues
  • Coordinates the profiling activities and defines and runs process for data readiness assessment
  • Coordinates activities with the functional SPOCs
  • Accountable for plans and execution of test and productive data loads and validations
  • Working closely with Vendor Team on managing overall communications and on creating weekly Data & ERP Readiness status reports; coordinates activities with the functional SPOCs
  • Defines the scope of data migration objects
  • Selects and coordinates the required resources ensuring proper assignment to tasks, defining priorities and leading overall reporting of stream activities status


  • Ability to effectively and efficiently deal with high volume of data in multi-country / multi-systems environment
  • Deep experience on data migration management in multi-country / multi-systems environment
  • Knowledge about HR function & data migration tools
  • Experience in data conversions for Workday, and proficiency in validating / cleansing data using simple and effective approaches
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
