Cloud Monitoring Architect – Remote

Our client is looking for an expert in cloud logging and monitoring to drive the change across the global company. 

Your role:

  • Deploy and uphold cutting-edge cloud logging and monitoring solutions for our clientele, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
  • Evaluate and resolve performance bottlenecks in cloud infrastructure, offering suggestions for enhancement and refinement.
  • Customize and oversee alerts, dashboards, and reports to furnish actionable insights to our clients.
  • Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams, spanning developers, DevOps engineers, and system administrators, to seamlessly integrate logging and monitoring solutions.
  • Stay abreast of emerging trends and optimal methodologies in cloud logging and monitoring through ongoing research.
  • Offer technical assistance and advice to clients, including training sessions on monitoring tool usage and issue troubleshooting.
  • Craft and maintain comprehensive documentation outlining cloud logging and monitoring procedures and protocols.


  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information security, or a relevant field from an accredited university.
  • Over three years of hands-on experience in cloud logging and monitoring, preferably with expertise in platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud, and ideally with Azure.
  • Proficiency in monitoring tools such as CloudWatch, Stackdriver, or Azure Monitoring.
  • Comprehensive understanding of logging technologies like ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) or Splunk.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, etc., and automation tools like Terraform, Ansible, etc.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, adept at troubleshooting intricate issues.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Capability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Proficient in both verbal and written English communication
