One of the biggest RPA teams in Poland is looking for another talent, who will be responsible for the analysis and the solution architecture of new automation processes. 

Your role:

• Design and implement RPA solutions using industry-standard RPA tools
• Lead RPA projects from requirements gathering to delivery
• Work with stakeholders to identify and prioritize RPA opportunities and to understand their requirements and provide solutions to automate processes
• Create process documentation and user manuals for RPA solutions
• Develop and execute test plans to ensure the functionality and performance of RPA solutions
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure RPA solutions meet quality and performance requirements
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including solution architecture, design, and implementation guides
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to RPA development teams
• Ensure compliance with RPA best practices, security, and governance policies
• Monitor and report on RPA project progress, risks, and issues to project stakeholders
• Participate in the development and delivery of RPA training and support materials
• Stay up-to-date with the latest RPA technologies and best practices

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in RPA/automation implementation and design, preferably with UiPath technology
• Strong understanding of RPA technologies and methodologies
• Experience with RPA tools, preferably with UiPath
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience working in Agile development methodologies
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is a plus
• Experience with programming languages such as Python or C# is a plus
• Experience with cloud-based RPA solutions is a plus
