Our key fast-growing company from the FMCG industry is looking for a Team Leader with ABAP skills to run a team of both internal and external specilalists. 

Your role:

• Managing the work of SAP developers (internal / external)
• Planning sprints for the team
• Defining / updating development rules
• Controlling the compliance of the introduced programming solutions with the development rules (ATC)
• Cooperation with related units (FI / CO / SCM / MM / WM / SD / Integration) in the field of development works
• Following the news in development, implementing new rules / solutions
• Planning code refactoring for existing solutions
• Coordinating the process of implementing solutions

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of programming experience: SAP – ABAP, ABAP OO, Odata, CDS, Adobe Forms, Smartforms, RFC, Unit Tests
• Experience in managing a team of developers
• Experience in analyzing business requirements
• Experience in testing the implementation of solutions
• Ability to define and enforce development rules
• Good organization, strong commitment to work
• The ability to think analytically and solve problems
• Good communication in English (minimum B1)
